How are we different from other proteins?
All 25g of protein have a complete amino acid profile for skeletal muscle health. Including 2.6 grams of leucine (the muscle magic amino acid) per serving for muscle protein synthesis post workout. There’s no sneaky protein fillers from plant based sources or collagen.
Each small batch is tested for impurities like mold and heavy metals for peace of mind.

We added natural flavors because a delicious taste is just as important as ingredient quality.
The natural flavors used here are derived from essential oils, vanilla or cocoa powder, and extracts originating from named specific sources. The natural flavors in this product are also kosher, non-gmo, and vegan.
Natural flavors are getting a bad wrap for some so wanted to be transparent and share more details. All natural flavors aren't created equal and I am so happy with the overall flavor and ingredient quality of this product. I wanted to use a small amount of flavors for a big taste impact instead of single ingredient extracts that can be the second or third ingredient listed and take up a lot of the actual product. More of a percentage of real food protein in the product and less flavoring ingredients overall was my goal.
Why did you create a protein powder? There’s so many already on the market.
High protein blood sugar friendly meals were life changing for my health personally. With consistency, they healed my hypoglycemic episodes, insulin resistant blood sugar levels, and afternoon binges. I’m not one that craves or wants to eat meat and eggs several times a day so I love to supplement one meal a day with a high quality protein powder in a complete meal smoothie, oat, baked oats/n’oats, or warm cauli bowl recipes. All these simple recipes are on my website if you’d like to try! Since protein powder is a staple in the daily routine for myself and my family, I wanted to choose premium ingredients with a purpose that are quality tested for impurities like mold and heavy metals for peace of mind.
Does this protein powder bake well in your dessert recipes?
Yes! We formulated this protein with baking in mind. I love to add protein powder to energy bites, the viral flourless brownies and blondies, and muffins to help keep blood sugar more stable and a more balanced - feel good sweet tooth fix. The texture when baked comes out perfectly with this protein powder. Plant based and beef powders usually get gooey and never set just right, while collagen is great for cookies but not so much the baked goods. This simplifies the “what protein powder is best” question I get daily. Is there anything better than the cozy home smell of baked goods in the oven?!
