10 G FIBER

3 FIBER SOURCES
Not just psyllium
PREBIOTIC FIBER
Featuring FIBALANCE® PHGG
Getting enough fiber every day isn’t easy. And not all fibers work the same way.
That’s exactly why I didn’t want Daily Fiber Blend to rely on just one. It combines psyllium seed husk, FIBALANCE® PHGG, and oat beta glucan to deliver 10 grams of dietary fiber in a single scoop — 36% of your Daily Value.
Three fibers that each do something different, working together to support regularity, gut health, fullness, and healthy glucose metabolism.*
Fiber isn't one-size-fits-all.
Different fibers behave differently in your digestive system. Here’s what each one is doing.
PSYLLIUM SEED HUSK
The gel-forming fiber A soluble, viscous fiber that absorbs water and forms a gel in the digestive tract.Supports regularity, fullness, and healthy glucose metabolism.*
FIBALANCE® PHGG
The gentle prebiotic fiber Partially hydrolyzed guar gum — a soluble, fermentable prebiotic fiber. Prebiotic means it acts as food for beneficial bacteria already living in your gut.Helps nourish beneficial gut bacteria and supports digestive health and regularity.* A Low FODMAP certified ingredient, backed by human clinical research.
OAT BETA GLUCAN
The oat-derived soluble fiber Beta glucan from oat bran — one of the most extensively studied soluble fibers in nutrition research. It rounds out the blend with a third soluble fiber that behaves differently from the other two, adding to the 10 grams of total fiber in every scoop.
New to supplemental fiber?
Start with a teaspoon and increase gradually as your body adjusts. Because psyllium absorbs liquid as it moves through you, hydration matters — take it with at least 10 fl oz of water and keep drinking through the day.
What most people notice:
First Few Days
A greater sense of fullness between meals. Some people also have a short adjustment period with a bit of gas or bloating as their system gets used to more fiber. That usually settles.
Days 5 to 10
More consistent, more comfortable bowel movements.
Days 10 and Beyond
Digestion that generally feels more settled day to day.
Everyone’s different, and these are typical patterns rather than a promise.*
Two ways to take it
My most versatile option. Mix it into smoothies, protein shakes, yogurt bowls, oatmeal, water, or any Peachie Spoon recipe.

FAQ
Why combine psyllium and PHGG?
Because they don’t do the same thing. Psyllium is valuable for its viscous, gel-forming properties. PHGG is a fermentable prebiotic fiber that interacts with the gut microbiome. Using both gives Daily Fiber Blend a broader approach than relying on a single fiber.
What does prebiotic mean?
Prebiotic fibers aren’t probiotics. They’re food for the beneficial microorganisms already living in your gut. FIBALANCE® PHGG provides fermentable prebiotic fiber to help support a healthy gut environment.*
Is the whole product Low FODMAP certified?
Not quite, and I want to be precise about it. FIBALANCE® PHGG is a Low FODMAP certified ingredient. That certification applies to the ingredient, not to the finished Daily Fiber Blend, which has not been certified as a finished product.
Does it contain sugar?
No. Both Unflavored and Lemon contain 0 g total sugars per serving. The 10 g of total carbohydrate on the Supplement Facts panel comes entirely from dietary fiber. Lemon is lightly sweetened with Reb M from sugar cane rather than added sugar.
When should I take it?
Whatever time makes it easiest to stay consistent. Morning smoothie, mixed into a drink, or stirred into oatmeal or yogurt later in the day.
Can I take it with medications or other supplements?
Because psyllium and other fibers can affect how some medications are absorbed, please ask your healthcare professional or pharmacist about timing if you take medication.
How many servings are in a container?
30 servings.
