Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on carrier and destination. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Free Shipping

Free shipping promotions, when available, will be clearly noted on our website and are subject to specific terms and conditions.

We currently ship within the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

The Peachie Spoon is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@thepeachiespoon.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged items so we can assist you.
