INGREDIENTS

  • 1 c milk of choice

  • 1 -2 T natural Pb

  • 1 T psyllium husk (optional extra fiber)

  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder

  • 1 scoop collagen

  • 1 c frozen riced cauliflower

  • dash pink salt

STEPS

  1. Add smoothie ingredients in the order listed and blend well.
