That way, you can more easily live out your purpose of why you’re on this earth in the first place. Everything in life is much more difficult when you don’t feel good, have cravings, and food guilt.
Balancing your blood sugar levels on a regular basis is the basic step one to being healthy. So, let’s simplify and do this in a sustainable way once and for all.

Hi, I'm Meredith!
I had a horrible relationship with food and body and was stuck in an all or nothing cycle with food and exercise which led to bondage. All of this was rooted in dysregulated blood sugar and I had no idea because I was eating healthy foods most of the time. Hypoglycemia and prediabetes were not a forever diagnosis for me and I've since reversed and healed my body with lifestyle shifts and balanced nourishing meals which brought me complete food freedom and peace.
90% of non diabetics have imbalanced blood sugar daily which is inflammatory and is usually the root cause of most chronic inflammatory American diseases like heart disease, Alsheimers, and type 2 diabetes.

Is this course for women only?
No, this is for all and there’s individualized tweaks and lessons depending on your season of life too. Husbands and wives taking the course together is great since you're eating meals together anyway.
Can I take this course in a group?
No, it's designed to take 1:1 like I have with my clients. It is personal and some aspects of nourishment can be deep so I prefer it done that way. It's designed for single household purchases only so share with immediate family members for your spouse. But please don’t give your login to your best friend or sister in law. It’s been over a year of work for me and my husband to create this course so we ask out of respect, that you honor that.
Will this course help you loose weight?
I break this down in the course in more detail but it depends if you have fat to lose to be a more healthy version of yourself. I share and teach the way I personally eat, live, and move to keep muscle, bone, and water and lose fat only for a thriving and energetic body.
How long do I have access to this course?
After enrolling, you have lifelong access to the course across any devices you own. Also if I add another module or more info overtime, you will have access to that too.
When does this course start and finish?
This course is self-paced and you have access right when you enroll. You can sit at your computer and go through the slides and hit pause and take notes or listen on the go like a podcast while you walk, drive, or fold laundry. There's no right or wrong.
Do you offer refunds?
I do not. You more than likely know what I’m all about from my instagram so you shouldn’t be surprised or disappointed with the content in this course.
