What temperature and how long do we bake the cookies? I didnβt see this in the recipie.

Itβs meant to be edible dough and eaten that way but you can bake them 350Β° for 12-14 minutes if you want cookies
I have an allergy to coconut is there a substitute for the coconut flour?

Chickpea flour is my favorite swap if looking for something lower fat and carb like coconut. Almond works but adds a lot of fat. For a swap 1/4 cup coconut = 1 cup all other flours
