Shamrock Shake

INGREDIENTS

🍀1 c milk of choice, I used low-fat kefir this time
🍀1-2 T psyllium husk (optional extra prebiotic fiber)
🍀1 serving The Peachie Spoon Vanilla Protein Powder or The Peachie Spoon Chocolate Protein Powder
🍀1 scoop collagen or 1/3 c nonfat yogurt (extra protein)
🍀dash pink salt
🍀1/4 tsp or a few drops peppermint extract or fresh mint leaf
🍀1 T almond butter or 1/2 avo🥑
🍀1 c spinach, fresh or frozen
🍀1/2 c frozen riced cauli or zucchini optional to make thicker)
🍀1/2 - 1 c ice

🍀2 T cacao nibs

STEPS

  1. Add ingredients in order listed except the cacao nibs. Blend well.

  2. Add cacao nibs and blend 3 more seconds to have those crunchies throughout
