Snickers Cheesecake Smoothie

Snickers Cheesecake Smoothie Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 c unsw almond milk
  • 1 date, pitted
  • dash pink salt
  • 1 T salted peanuts or peanut butter 
  • 1 serving chocolate protein  
  • 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 T unsw cacao powder, optional
  • 1 cup ice or frozen zucchini/yellow squash 
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 1-2 T whole psyllium husk (use 1 T if husk powder)

 

STEPS

  1. Add milk and the date to a blender and blend.

  2. Add other ingredients in order listed to the blender and blend well. Can also add peanuts at the end and stir in if you want the crunch.
