INGREDIENTS
- 1 c unsw almond milk
- 1 date, pitted
- dash pink salt
- 1 T salted peanuts or peanut butter
- 1 serving chocolate protein
- 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 T unsw cacao powder, optional
- 1 cup ice or frozen zucchini/yellow squash
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1-2 T whole psyllium husk (use 1 T if husk powder)
STEPS

Add milk and the date to a blender and blend.

Add other ingredients in order listed to the blender and blend well. Can also add peanuts at the end and stir in if you want the crunch.
