๐1 c milk of choice, I used low-fat kefir this time
๐1-2 T psyllium husk (optional extra prebiotic fiber)
๐1 serving The Peachie Spoon Vanilla Protein Powder or The Peachie Spoon Chocolate Protein Powder
๐1 scoop The Peachie Spoon Collagen Powder or 1/3 c nonfat yogurt (extra protein)
๐dash pink salt
๐1/4 tsp or a few drops peppermint extract or fresh mint leaf
๐1 T almond butter or 1/2 avo๐ฅ
๐1 c spinach, fresh or frozen
๐1/2 c frozen riced cauli or zucchini optional to make thicker)
๐1/2 - 1 c ice

STEPS

Add ingredients in order listed except the cacao nibs. Blend well.
