Is there any replacement for the cauliflower rice? Or can it just be left out

thepeachiespoon replied:
Left out works! Frozen yellow squash or zucchini in is a sneaky veg swap you can’t taste but omitting or adding ice works too.

What kind of protein powder do you use??

I created my own since I have a protein supplement daily and wanted the best ingredients and testing. Check out the shop on this website 🍑🤗

I made this for my lunch today. It was very good. I forgot the extra ice which might made it frostier but it was very tasty. I didn’t use the psyllium husk in it because I don’t like the texture it brings to liquids and smoothies but overall, I highly recommend this smoothie.
