Flourless Protein Brownies

A guilt-free treat that's rich in flavor and packed with protein.

INGREDIENTS

  1. Mash potatoes & add other wet ingredients. Stir well.

  2. Add all dry ingredients except chocolate chips. Stir to combine. Add chips.

  3. Pour batter into an 8x8 pan and bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes. Makes 9 brownies. Store in the fridge. Good for up to a week. If doubling the recipe, bake in a 9 x 13 dish for 35-40 minutes.

    • 1 egg or ¼ c liquid egg whites

    • 1/2 c water or milk

    Love these! I can’t get the calorie total though. Mine comes out with 16g fat and 15.7 carbs per 9th making them 229 calories each. The peanut butter alone adds 14g of fat per serving. What am I missing?

    I made these tonight for the first time and they were a hit!! They came out super moist and my most pickiest of picky eaters even ate two! I can’t tell him there’s sweet potato in it or he’ll never eat them again but we all loved them. Will double the recipe next time for sure.

    This recipe SO good!! I left out the sweetener and eat it warm with a scoop of ice cream. Feels like dessert from a fancy restaurant. ☺️

    I LOVE these so much! My current favorite addition is the peppermint extract :) to keep from eating the entire batch, I cut them and put them into the freezer and take out 1 at a time.
