Tried this out today with my over ripened bananas that need not go to waste. I read all the comments before I began. I cooked mine for 50 minutes using the parchment paper and I didn’t think it was quite ready because it seemed a little too wet inside. I watched her video and saw how hers came out a little darker than what mine was at that 50 minute mark. I continued cooking it so it looked like hers. I know this is supposed to be a recipe that’s low sugar but when you eat three pieces like I did when it came out, it defeats the point. 😆It was absolutely delicious. Oh and I used Ghirardelli dark chocolate chips.

Thanks for sharing! And yay for 3 pieces ☺️😋
No clue what I did wrong with this recipe but after 55 mins – the bread was still runny.. I left it in for another 10 mins but it was burnt on the top. Maybe it is better as muffins.

So sorry! Not sure honestly. What type of protein powder did you use? That’s usually it
Made these into muffins and they were delicious! They needed the full 25 minutes and turned out very moist.

I made these as muffins today. I didn’t have bananas, so I used applesauce. Good but I love the banana flavor. I dislike prunes but have been looking for a way to include them in my diet for bone health. I substituted chopped prunes for chocolate chips, and it’s the only way I’ve found that I can enjoy prunes. I still love chocolate the most (duh!), but am glad I’ve found a way to tolerate the taste of prunes.
