Chunky Monkey Freezer Pops

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 c peanuts (may have some left over)
  • 1 c peanut butter (you’ll have some left over after dipping)
  • 1/2 c dark chocolate, melted
  • 1 serving of The Peachie Spoon Chocolate Protein Powder, optional
  • popsicle sticks 

STEPS

  1. Peel and cut bananas in half.
  2. Poke stick half way through.
  3. Dip into peanut butter or spoon on.
  4. Place peanuts on a plate and roll the banana to make them stick. 
  5. Place on a lined sheet pan in the freezer to set about 30 minutes.
  6. Melt chocolate and stir in protein, if desired.
  7. Dip bananas into chocolate and place back in the freezer. I had to spoon the chocolate by the last 2.
