
INGREDIENTS
- 2 bananas
- 1 c peanuts (may have some left over)
- 1 c peanut butter (you’ll have some left over after dipping)
- 1/2 c dark chocolate, melted
- 1 serving of The Peachie Spoon Chocolate Protein Powder, optional
- popsicle sticks
STEPS
- Peel and cut bananas in half.
- Poke stick half way through.
- Dip into peanut butter or spoon on.
- Place peanuts on a plate and roll the banana to make them stick.
- Place on a lined sheet pan in the freezer to set about 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate and stir in protein, if desired.
- Dip bananas into chocolate and place back in the freezer. I had to spoon the chocolate by the last 2.
