Chocolate Mocha Protein Oats

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 oz brewed coffee (mine was my cold leftover cup)
  • 1 T half & half (optional but makes it more creamy)
  • 1/4 c oats (uses old fashioned)
  • 2 T ground flaxseed or 1-2 T psyllium husk 
  • 1 serving The Peachie Spoon Chocolate Protein
  • 1 scoop collagen or a little more choc protein 
  • 1 T almond butter (topping)
STEPS:

On the stovetop over medium heat, add coffee, oats, and flax. Cook for a few minutes stirring often. Add protein and store until incorporated. 

Top with almond butter for your healthy fat.
