Chocolate Covered Strawberry Yogurt Bowl


This recipe is loaded with nutrients, minerals, and high in antioxidants. All the science-backed healthy fats, fiber, protein, and high-quality carb/starch to shut off hunger and nourish that beautiful well-made body. 


INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 c nonfat plain Greek yogurt (if full fat I usually skip the almonds)
  • 1/3 c fresh strawberries 🍓
  • 1 T cacao or unsw cocoa powder
  • 1/2 serving The Peachie Spoon Chocolate Protein Powder or sweetener of choice (stevia, monk, allulose are my go tos)
  • 1-2 T flax, chia, or psyllium husk, used husk here
  • 2 T sliced almonds
  • 2-3 drops of almond or vanilla extract if desired

STEPS

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir.
