Brownie Batter Smoothie

Experience the rich, decadent taste of a brownie in smoothie form with the Brownie Batter Smoothie. Blend unsweetened almond milk with a dash of pink salt, natural peanut butter, chocolate protein powder, and a scoop of chocolate or unflavored collagen. Add unsweetened cacao powder and a hint of vanilla extract for extra flavor. For a thicker texture, include ice, frozen cauliflower or squash, and whole psyllium husk. Enhance the creaminess with a cooked and cooled sweet potato. Top with cacao nibs for a delightful crunch. This smoothie is a perfect, indulgent yet nutritious treat.

INGREDIENTS

  1. Add all ingredients, except cacao nibs in the order listed to the blender and blend well.

  2. Topped here with cacao nibs for a crunch and that vital chewing so you’re satisfied.

This was such an enjoyable dinner! Blood sugar was 109 after one hour! So happy to see results quickly. I couldn’t even taste the sweet potato! I was very surprised. I use pumpkin in the brownies and now curious about the sweet potato.

Not a fan of chocolate in am can we have more of other flavors. Strawberry is fav.
