- 16 oz low-fat cottage cheese
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 c coconut flour

1 c dark chocolate chips, used @ghiradelli 65% cacao
STEPS
- Add cottage cheese and vanilla to the blender and blend until smooth. This is important.
- Pour into a bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Stir well.
- If using plant-based protein, you’ll need to add some milk bc vegan protein is always chalky. Makes 10 - 1/4 c servings.
