Brownie Batter Cheesecake Dough

  1. Add cottage cheese and vanilla to the blender and blend until smooth. This is important.
  2. Pour into a bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Stir well. 
  3. If using plant-based protein, you’ll need to add some milk bc vegan protein is always chalky. Makes 10 - 1/4 c servings.
