Banana Cream Mocha Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 c milk of choice, used unsw almond

  • 1/2 c leftover coffee or cold brew 

  • 1-2 T almond or peanut butter

  • 1/2 banana, used frozen 

  • 1 serving The Peachie Spoon Chocolate Protein Powder (or vanilla and add 1 T unsw cocoa powder)

  • 1 serving collagen (optional) 

  • 1-2 T ground flax, chia, or psyllium husk (used 1 T husk powder)

  • 1 c ice 

  • 1/2 c frozen riced cauli or zucchini, optional extra veg in your day 

STEPS

  1. Blend in blender until well blended.
