Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough Recipe

 

INGREDIENTS

16 oz low fat cottage cheese

2 teaspoons vanilla extract 

1/2 c coconut flour 

1/2 c The Peachie Spoon vanilla protein powder 

1 c dark chocolate chips, used Ghiradelli 65% cacao

STEPS

Add cottage cheese and vanilla to blender and blend. Pour into a bowl and add remaining ingredients. Stir well.

FAT dark chocolate 

FIBER coconut flour 

CARB/STARCH some sugar in chocolate

Macros per 1/4 cup:

Calores: 146 | Fat: 7g | Carb: 14g | Protein: 8g | Fiber: 3g

What temperature and how long do we bake the cookies? I didn’t see this in the recipie.

It’s meant to be edible dough and eaten that way but you can bake them 350° for 12-14 minutes if you want cookies

I have an allergy to coconut is there a substitute for the coconut flour?

Chickpea flour is my favorite swap if looking for something lower fat and carb like coconut. Almond works but adds a lot of fat. For a swap 1/4 cup coconut = 1 cup all other flours
