1/2 c dark chocolate chips

1/2 c pecan butter (almond, cashew, & pb works too)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 c unflavored collagen
STEPS

Put chocolate, nut butter, and extract into a small glass bowl or glass measuring cup and microwave 1 ½ minutes.

Add collagen powder and stir. Pour mixture into a lined 10” bread pan. I line with cut parchment paper.

Top with your favorite granola or pecan pieces & place in the fridge or freezer 30 min to set.

Remove, cut into 15 pieces, and enjoy!! Store in the fridge or freezer.
Notes: These are pretty much a fat source with some protein too so they are a great dessert with a lower fat meal or a little sweet tooth snack when needed for balanced blood sugar.
Flavor Swap: Use peanut butter instead of pecan for Reese’s fudge or almond butter and top with unsw coconut for an almond joy fudge.
