White Chocolate Peppermint Protein Fudge

This is a delightful and protein-packed treat perfect for the holiday season. To create this festive fudge, start with a 9 oz bag of white chocolate chips. I recommend using a low-sugar option like Lily's brand for a healthier twist.

In a bowl, mix in 1/4 cup of vanilla protein powder for that added protein boost. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon of peppermint extract for that refreshing and seasonal flavor. For an extra touch of holiday cheer, optionally sprinkle crushed candy canes on top.

Melt the white chocolate chips, and then combine with the protein powder and peppermint extract. Pour the mixture into a lined pan, and sprinkle the crushed candy canes on top if desired. Refrigerate until set.

This White Chocolate Peppermint Protein Fudge is not only quick and easy to make but also a delightful and protein-packed treat. Enjoy the festive and minty flavors with every bite!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 - 9 oz bag white chocolate chips (used Lilys brand for low sugar)

  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder

  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract

  • 1-2 candy canes, crushed (optional)

    STEPS

  1. Melt 1 bag of Lily’s white chocolate chips over medium heat stirring constantly or in the microwave in a glass bowl for 1 min or so.

  2. Add protein powder and extract, stir until combined.

  3. Pour into a 8 X 8 glass dish lined with parchment and sprinkle with candy cane pieces.

  4. Place in the fridge to set 30 min - 1 hour. Slice and enjoy. Mine made 25 1“ pieces. Store in fridge or freezer.

Notes: I found the Lily’s low-sugar white chocolate chips at Walmart, Target, Sprouts, or Whole Foods. If you don’t have this holiday flavor protein, vanilla works too!
