This is a delightful and protein-packed treat perfect for the holiday season. To create this festive fudge, start with a 9 oz bag of white chocolate chips. I recommend using a low-sugar option like Lily's brand for a healthier twist.
In a bowl, mix in 1/4 cup of vanilla protein powder for that added protein boost. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon of peppermint extract for that refreshing and seasonal flavor. For an extra touch of holiday cheer, optionally sprinkle crushed candy canes on top.
Melt the white chocolate chips, and then combine with the protein powder and peppermint extract. Pour the mixture into a lined pan, and sprinkle the crushed candy canes on top if desired. Refrigerate until set.
This White Chocolate Peppermint Protein Fudge is not only quick and easy to make but also a delightful and protein-packed treat. Enjoy the festive and minty flavors with every bite!
