White Chocolate Mocha Coffee Creamer


INGREDIENTS

 

  • 1 cup half and half (used organic), for df sub canned coconut milk
  • 1 cup unsw almond, cashew, or coconut milk (used almond)
  • 3 T monk fruit granulated blend or any desired sweetener (can use more for more sweet)
  • 1 tsp white chocolate extract (on my Amazon shop linked here!) 

STEPS

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender.

  2. Good in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Froths well with half and half. **this extract is strong so be careful with your pour and only do the 1 tsp.

1/4 c per Serving 

With 1/2 & 1/2: 41Cal / 3g Fat / 1g Carb / 1g Protein

With canned coconut milk: 59 Cal / 6g Fat / 1g Carb / 1g Protein

Realized I was out of Vanilla extract and so I came here looking for creamer recipe without it. So I made the white chocolate mocha creamer. It is really good. I used it in coffee this morning, but look forward to trying it in my Early grey and Lady Grey teas this week.
