Whipped Feta Dip but make it higher in protein and a little lighter bc that’s what I do! Ready in just 5 minutes with no cooking required, this Creamy Whipped Feta Dip is perfect paired with pita chips, crackers, a toasted baguette, or fresh vegetables for a quick and easy appetizer.
INGREDIENTS
- 7 ounces block quality feta, drained
- 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 2 tsp lemon zest
- 1/4 c fig preserves or jam
- 1/4 c pistachios, chopped

In the bowl of a large food processor fitted with a blade or in a blender combine the feta, cottage cheese, and lemon zest. Blend until it’s a creamy texture.

Transfer the whipped feta to a shallow serving plate, bowl, or charcuterie board. With the back of your spoon, smooth the top of the feta. Add fig jam or desired flavor jam to the top and top with crushed pistachios for a festive color and crunch.

Serve with veggies, crackers, toasted baguette, and/or pita chips and enjoy! Makes 16 - 2 Tbsp servings.
