Like warm apple pie in a bowl. I’ve tested all my recipes on a CGM, and oats + fruit always spikes me and leaves me not feeling great energy and cravings-wise, so I created warm cauliflower bowls! This flavor is a fave. Super easy and keeps me satisfied and feeling good for hours thanks to the “just right” Goldilocks carb balance for me, 2/3 of your days of fiber, and higher protein to crush those afternoon hangry cravings.
This Warm Apple Protein Bowl offers a delightful blend of flavors and nutrients. Begin with frozen riced cauliflower and diced apples for a hearty base. Add a splash of cashew milk and season with pink salt, pumpkin pie spice, allspice, and ginger for a warm, comforting taste. Enhance the protein content with your favorite flavored protein powder and collagen. Incorporate ground flaxseed or psyllium husk for added fiber and thickness. Top it off with a dollop of nut butter for richness and optional pumpkin seeds and granola for texture. Enjoy this nourishing bowl for a cozy and satisfying meal.

I this today and it was delish, but for some reason when I added my protein powder to the cauliflower it curdled up. I ate it anyway, but it would have been 10 X’s better had it been creamy and not curdled. Any ideas on how to prevent this?

Honestly that happens to me some too but most of the time it doesn’t. Maybe the temperature if boiling hot or a pause before stirring well. I always eat anyway too!
