Brownie Batter Cheesecake Dough

 

Vital Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough but make it BROWNIE BATTER CHEESECAKE DOUGH bc that’s what it tastes like. And of course I made it lower in fat and more blood sugar friendly so it’s a super light dessert. 

Y’all…this is so good. If you like chocolate-y cheesecake. And apparently I do🙌🏻🍫😆😋

INGREDIENTS

 

  • 16 oz low fat cottage cheese
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 
  • 1/2 c coconut flour 
  • 1/2 c The Peachie Spoon Chocolate Protein Powder 
  • 1 c dark chocolate chips, used @ghiradelli 65% cacao (Lilys is a sf fave)

STEPS

1)Add cottage cheese and vanilla to blender and blend until smooth. This is important. 

2)Pour into a bowl and add remaining ingredients. Stir well. If using plant based protein, you’ll need to add some milk bc vegan pro is always chaulky.

Makes 10 - 1/4 c servings.

FIBER coconut flour 

CARB/STARCH some sugar in chocolate
