INGREDIENTS
- 16 oz low fat cottage cheese
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 c coconut flour
- 1/2 c The Peachie Spoon Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1 c dark chocolate chips, used @ghiradelli 65% cacao (Lilys is a sf fave)
STEPS
1)Add cottage cheese and vanilla to blender and blend until smooth. This is important.
2)Pour into a bowl and add remaining ingredients. Stir well. If using plant based protein, you’ll need to add some milk bc vegan pro is always chaulky.
Makes 10 - 1/4 c servings.
