Valentine’s Fruit Dip

Makes 10 - 1/4 c servings 

INGREDIENTS:

1)In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese. Add protein, coconut flour, and extracts. Stir

2)Gently fold in coconut whip/cool whip until combined. Add freeze dried strawberries if adding and stir. Add desired sprinkles and I placed a festive heart cake on mine for fun. 

3)Place in the fridge until ready to serve. I serve with pretzels, graham crackers, and fruit. Good for a week in the fridge for a fun sweet tooth fix after meals or perfect to bring for a party for share.

per 1/4 cup (with coco whip + freeze dried strawberries)

Ingredients

  • 8 oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese, softened to room temp
  • 1 - 9 oz container of coconut whip or cool whip, thawed in fridge not frozen 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract + 1/2 tsp almond extract OR
  • 2 tsp cake batter extract 
  • 2 servings The Peachie Spoon Vanilla Protein Powder

  • 2 T coconut flour (optional to thicken dip)
  • 1 cup freeze dried strawberries, mashed into crumbs (optional pink color)
