This recipe is a Mediterranean-inspired delight that's perfect for a light and flavorful meal.
This salad features tender, cooked chicken breasts, paired with the creamy and tangy goodness of tzatziki sauce. The vibrant combination of chopped red onion and crisp cucumber adds a delightful crunch and a burst of freshness to each bite.
It's a quick and easy recipe that's ideal for a simple, satisfying lunch or dinner. Enjoy the Mediterranean flavors and the convenience of this Tzatziki Chicken Salad!
INGREDIENTS
-
3 lbs chicken breasts, cooked (I used the Costco pulled chicken in a bag)
-
1 12 oz tzatziki sauce
-
1/2 red onion, chopped
-
1/2 cucumber, sliced
STEPS
-
Combine ingredients into a bowl. Stir well.
Note! Makes 10 - 1 cup servings but servings are an ish. I’m never worried about going over on protein so if I'm super hungry I’ll totally eat more than 1 cup. I don’t measure. Favorite ways to enjoy it are on toast, a wrap, with crackers & salad, or on a baked potato.

I made this using 1lb of chicken and 4 oz or tzatziki, it isn’t even close to being as creamy as the recipe photo? Did I do something wrong? Flavor is amazing though. Thank you!
Can you use a rotisserie chicken for this? Would you then adjust the amount of taziki used?
Dumb question, but if I halfed the recipe, would the nourishment breakdown still be the same? Or would the proteins and such per serving be halfed as well? ie. Would a cup still be 32g protein? But recipe totaling 5cups instead of 10cups. Hope I’m making sense. Lol
What is your fav tzatziki?

This looks amazing! Will it keep for a few days? Wasn’t sure with the cucumber but I’d love to eat it for lunch all week!
