Sugar Free Mojito Mocktail

Love this refreshing drink to sip anytime but the blood sugar hack with the apple cider vinegar always works with my glucose monitor so I’m a fan of using that. It also can curb my appetite if I’m wanting to snack before dinner is ready while I’m cooking. Hope you love this one! Feel good cheers!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 T fresh mint

  • 2 lime wedges (washed before cutting)

  • 1 T monk fruit or desired sweetener 

     

  • 1 T apple cider vinegar (optional but love the kick and blood sugar benefits)

  • 8 oz sparkling water (plain or lime flavored) 

  • Ice cubes

STEPS

  1. Place mint, lime wedges and sweetener in a glass and muddle/mash.

  2. Add acv and ice. Pour sparking water to fill glass and enjoy!
