2 lime wedges (washed before cutting)

1 T monk fruit or desired sweetener

1 T apple cider vinegar (optional but love the kick and blood sugar benefits)

8 oz sparkling water (plain or lime flavored)

Ice cubes
STEPS

Place mint, lime wedges and sweetener in a glass and muddle/mash.

Add acv and ice. Pour sparking water to fill glass and enjoy!
