Sugar Free Confetti Birthday Cake Creamer

Blood sugar friendly and as always it’s a big creamy 1/4 cup serving…not a sad tablespoon 🥳 because creamy warm mugs are such a cozy self-care happy to me! DF/vegan swaps below.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup half and half (used organic), for df sub canned coconut milk

  • 1 cup unsw almond, cashew, or coconut milk (used almond)

  • 2 tsp cake batter extract 

  • 3 T monkfruit or desired sweetener 

STEPS

  1. Blend ingredients well in the blender and enjoy! Good in the fridge for 2 weeks. 

  2. Protein Cold Foam instructions: To make a protein cold foam, add 1/2 serving vanilla protein to 1/4 c creamer and froth. Pour over coffee. You can also add a whole scoop of protein, if desired.
