Sugar Cookie Smoothie

Y’all requested more of this flavor, so here you go! There are 2 servings of veggies in this bad boy, too and you can’t taste them. Love a feel-good meal that tastes like a treat some days.

A delightful and guilt-free way to enjoy the classic sugar cookie flavor in a nutritious blend. To create this delicious smoothie, start with 1 cup of your preferred milk—I used unsweetened vanilla cashew milk for a creamy base. Add 1 serving of your favorite vanilla protein powder for optimal flavor.

For an extra protein boost, add 1 scoop of collagen or more protein powder to reach 30g. To achieve that perfect smoothie texture, incorporate 1 cup of ice or, for a veggie boost, use frozen yellow squash, zucchini, or cauliflower.

For a nutritional kick, add 1 tablespoon of ground flax, husk, or chia seeds—I used flax this time. Enhance the nutty flavor with 1-2 tablespoons of almond or cashew butter. If you prefer a peanut butter cookie taste, peanut butter works too.

To capture the essence of a sugar cookie, add 1/4 teaspoon of butter extract and 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla or almond extract. Be cautious with the extracts; a few drops go a long way. Finish with a dash of pink salt to bring out the flavors.

Blend everything until smooth and enjoy your guilt-free Sugar Cookie Smoothie—a tasty and nutritious treat for any time of the day!

What could you use if you can’t find butter extract?

thepeachiespoon replied:
Vanilla extract works! Amazon usually has butter extract and my Walmart too.

Wish I had a Vitamix cuz I can never get a smooth consistency! But yummy and thx.

The trick is to blend a while. Any blender can work, it’ll just take up to 5 min to blend
