Blood-sugar-friendly Sugar Cookie Creamer & as always it’s a big creamy 1/4 cup serving…not a sad tablespoon bc creamy warm mugs are such a cozy self-care happy to me. Did this flavor next bc I know not everyone loves spices🍁🍂

Upgrade your coffee with this cozy Sugar Cookie Creamer! A creamy blend of half and half (or canned coconut milk for a dairy-free option) mixed with unsweetened almond milk, butter, and vanilla extracts. A touch of natural sweetness from pitted dates and monk fruit adds a nostalgic, cookie-like flavor without the guilt. Perfect for adding a festive, sweet twist to your morning brew!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup half and half (used organic), for df sub canned coconut milk

  • 1 cup unsw almond, cashew, or coconut milk (used almond)

  • 1 tsp butter extract

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 dates, pitted (optional)

  • 3 T monkfruit or desired sweetener

     

    STEPS

  1. Blend ingredients well in the blender and enjoy! Good in the fridge for 2 weeks.
