INGREDIENTS

  • 1 c milk of choice or water

  • 1 T cashew or almond butter

  • 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese

  • 1 T psyllium husk powder

  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder

  • 1/2 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 whole raw carrot (optional)

  • 1 c ice

  • dash of pink salt

    STEPS

  1. Add ingredients in the order listed to the blender and blend well.

  2. I topped mine with a low-sugar granola for a “crust”.
