Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie

Enjoy the creamy, delightful flavors of a Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie. Blend milk of choice with cashew or almond butter, low-fat cottage cheese, and psyllium husk powder. Add a serving of vanilla protein powder and fresh or frozen strawberries for a fruity twist. For an optional nutrient boost, include a whole raw carrot. Blend in ice for a chilled, thick texture and finish with a dash of pink salt. This smoothie combines indulgence and nutrition in every sip.

INGREDIENTS

  1. Add ingredients in the order listed to the blender and blend well.

  2. I topped mine with a low-sugar granola for a “crust”.

In this strawberry smoothie- would you recommend adding the creatine and electrolyte mix?
Or is that unflavored mix best just in water?

Any flavor or unflavored creatine can be added. Either works great
