Snickers Creamer (Sugar Free)

Blood-sugar-friendly Snickers Creamer & as always it’s a big creamy 1/4 cup serving…not a sad tablespoon. 

DF/vegan swaps below 

INGREDIENTS

1 cup half and half (used organic), for df sub canned coconut milk

1 cup unsweetened almond, cashew, or coconut milk (cow's milk works too)

1 tsp vanilla extract 

1 tsp caramel extract 

2 T powdered peanut butter

3 T unsweetened cocoa or cocoa powder 

3 T granulated monkfruit or desired sweetener 

STEPS

1)Blend ingredients well in the blender and enjoy! Makes 8 - 1/4 cup servings. Good in the fridge for 2 weeks. Shake well before using bc the cocoa settles at the bottom. I like to froth mine when I have the time. Super yummy in a cold brew too!

Hello! Love all of your creamers. Would the Loranns caramel emulsions be the same as the extract? Could I use that in place?

Yes! Sometimes it’s a little stronger so maybe add less bc you can always add more after tasting but can’t take it away
