  • 1 tsp seasoned salt

  • 1/4 tsp pepper

  • 1/4 tsp pink or coarse salt

  • 1/4 tsp dill

    STEPS

  1. In a sprayed skillet add potatoes and seasoning. Toss and stir and spray to coat potatoes with avocado oil or olive oil spray.

  2. Cook 10-15 min until browned and cooked through. Cover if you need them to cook faster.

    Notes: Great side with any protein, breakfast casserole, or frittata brunch or dinner. Great for a hash too with fried eggs over potatoes
