INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 c low-fat cottage cheese

  • 2 Tbsp nonfat Greek yogurt

  • 1 egg (optional)

  • 1 serving (about 2 Tbsp) flavored protein powder

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • desired toppings, I did fresh fruit on half and peanuts and dark chocolate chips for a Snickers vibe bc I’m indecisive and it all sounds yummy.

    STEPS

  1. Place all ingredients except toppings in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour into a glass cereal bowl and add desired toppings. Place in the freezer for 30 min or in the fridge for a few hours or overnight. And enjoy!
