Single Serve Banana Pudding

Super light too. 44g protein so it can be a protein dessert, a snack, or make several for a meal prep for bfast. It’s whatever you want it to be but as always a delish way to hit those protein goals. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 c low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c (5 oz) container nonfat banana flavored Greek yogurt (or use vanilla and add banana to blender)
  • 1/2 serving The Peachie Spoon Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 banana, sliced 
  • Graham crackers, crumbled used 3 @simplemills crackers or organic animal crackers are fun too

STEPS

1)Place first 4 ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. 

2)Pour into a small glass bowl and top with crumbled graham cracker and banana slices.

3)Place in the freezer for 30 min or in fridge for a few hours or even overnight. Top with whipped cream or cool whip, if desired. And enjoy! Good on the fridge for 5 days or so if you’re prepping several.
