Salted Caramel Coffee Creamer

Is anyone else having so much fun prepping these creamers for fun coffee? I haven’t been to Starbucks but once this fall. This batch is a rich and indulgent addition to your morning coffee. Begin with a cup of half and half (choose organic for a fuller flavor), or for a dairy-free alternative, opt for canned coconut milk. Add a cup of unsweetened almond, cashew, or coconut milk, selecting the one that complements your taste preferences.

Elevate the flavor with a touch of salt, using a high-quality option like Redmond's Real Salt for a peachie undertone. For an enhanced caramel sweetness, include two pitted dates (optional but recommended).

Sweeten your creamer with three tablespoons of monk fruit or your preferred sweetener. Allulose and stevia are excellent choices for those seeking blood sugar-friendly alternatives. To perfect the salted caramel essence, add a teaspoon of vanilla extract and a teaspoon of butter or maple extract.

Blend all the ingredients until smooth, and there you have it – a luscious Salted Caramel Coffee Creamer ready to transform your coffee into a delightful and comforting treat. Enjoy the luxurious and balanced flavors with every sip!

I love this flavor but I couldn’t get the dates to blend all the way. Any recommendations for that? I have a vitamix, so it usually does pretty well…
