INGREDIENTS

3-4 lbs chuck or round roast

1/4 balsamic vinegar

10 cloves garlic, fresh minced or 5 teaspoons of the jarred pre-minced

1 c beef bone broth

1 tsp Salt

1 -24 oz bag new or golden potatoes, chopped

4 whole carrots, sliced

1 package mushrooms, sliced (optional)
STEPS
Crock pot
Place meat in slow cooker. Add all other ingredients. Cook on low 7-8 hours.
Instant pot
Instant Pot set to manual mode for 60 minutes on high pressure.
When time is up and cooker beeps, turn off and allow pressure to release naturally for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, use the quick pressure lever to release any remaining pressure. Carefully remove lid and transfer roast and veggies to a warm plate.
