INGREDIENTS
-

3 large eggs
 -
1 cup liquid egg whites

STEPS
- In a skillet over medium heat, crack 3 eggs into pan.
 - Add whites and season with salt and pepper or desired spices.
 - Leaving the yolks intact, move around the whites to scramble them.
 - Once the whites are almost cooked through, bust the yolks and stir them in. Immediately turn off heat to keep the yolks rich and buttery. Move to a pan and enjoy. I usually have with toast or fruit and leftover veggies if I have some on hand.

Do you use butter or oil?

I use avocado spray oil sometimes but my nonstick pans usually work without any
Looks yummy and easy enough! Was wondering what bread you used for toast.
Thanks!

My go to is Ezekiel in the orange bag. I store in fridge and use the toaster from frozen. In this image it’s a fresh sourdough a friend gave me.
