Rich High Protein Egg Scramble recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 large eggs

  • 1 cup liquid egg whites

STEPS

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, crack 3 eggs into pan.
  2. Add whites and season with salt and pepper or desired spices.
  3. Leaving the yolks intact, move around the whites to scramble them.
  4. Once the whites are almost cooked through, bust the yolks and stir them in. Immediately turn off heat to keep the yolks rich and buttery. Move to a pan and enjoy. I usually have with toast or fruit and leftover veggies if I have some on hand.

FIBER none unless you add veggies 
CARB/STARCH none unless you add toast or fruit
