Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer

A delightful blend of seasonal spices and rich, creamy goodness to enhance your morning cup of coffee. To craft this aromatic creamer, begin with 1 cup of half and half. Opt for organic for a wholesome touch.

Add 1 cup of your preferred unsweetened milk. I went with almond milk for a nutty undertone. Infuse the creamer with the quintessential flavors of fall by adding 2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice. Introduce the heart of autumn with 1/4 cup of pumpkin purée, straight from the can for that authentic taste.

Sweeten the mix with 3 tablespoons of monk fruit or your desired sweetener. Adjust to your preferred level of sweetness. Elevate the flavor profile with 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract, enhancing the creamer with a hint of warmth.

Combine all these ingredients in a container or bottle, blend or shake well to blend the flavors, and store in the refrigerator. Every morning, treat yourself to the rich and spiced essence of fall with our Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer—an ideal companion for cozy mornings and chilly afternoons.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup half and half (canned coconut milk for a dairy free swap)

  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 1/4 cup pumpkin purée (canned)

  • 3 T monkfruit or desired sweetener

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

STEPS

I keep having all the spice left on the bottom of my cup, making it grainy. After blending, I give it a good shake every morning hoping it helps, but it doesn’t. Any suggestions? I love all the flavors you have! 😊

I just shake well before pouring and frothing a serving may help too but the ones with spices can settle to the bottom

I’m having a hard time getting the macros you have when I put this into My Fitness Pal. When I put in 3 tablespoons of monkfruit sweetener, I am getting way more carbs than 3/serving. Is it supposed to be 3 tsp? Or maybe I should ask what kind of monkfruit sweetener do you use?

Hey! I use any brand but it’s a blend with allulose or erythitol so those carbs aren’t carbs bc from sugar alcohols so I don’t count them

Can I used coconut cream instead of cream? Dairy and I don’t always get along. Anything you would suggest? Thanks

Yes! That works great. It won’t froth well but it’ll be a yummy creamer

I have liquid stevia. How many drops do you think instead of the monk fruit?

Maybe 1/2 tsp ish? You can always add more later but can’t take it away so just don’t overdo and taste for sure
