Pumpkin Protein Dip

INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 c nonfat Greek yogurt

  • 1-2 T pumpkin purée

  • 1 -2 T peanut, cashew, or almond butter

  • 2 -3 tsp desired sweetener, used monk fruit

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla or maple extract

  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon

  • 1 T dark or white chocolate chips (optional)

  • 1 T pumpkin seeds (optional)

  • 1 apple, sliced for dipping

  1. Add ingredients to a bowl and stir well. Dip with an apple or your favorite graham cracker.
