INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 c nonfat Greek yogurt

  • 3 T shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • 2 T crumbled blue cheese

  • 1 T chopped pecans

  • 1/2 tsp coconut aminos

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp hot sauce (optional)

  • 1 T chives, chopped (dried or fresh parley works too

  • 1-2 green onions, chopped (light green and white part)

STEPS

  1. Stir ingredients in a bowl. Top with extra chives and pecans if desired.

  2. Dip with your favorite crackers or veggies
