Philadelphia Roll Cucumber Boats

Delight your taste buds with the refreshing and savory Philadelphia Cucumber Roll Boats. Begin with a crisp English cucumber, sliced in half and then into fourths, creating the perfect vessel for this delectable treat.

Generously spread a dollop of your preferred low-fat cream cheese onto each cucumber boat, ensuring a creamy and tangy base for the upcoming layers. Top each boat with desired smoked salmon, adding approximately 2 ounces of thinly sliced salmon to each boat for a burst of rich and smoky flavor.

For an optional touch of texture and visual appeal, sprinkle sesame seeds over the top, providing a subtle nuttiness to complement the other flavors. If you crave an extra zing, consider adding pickled ginger as a garnish, elevating the dish with its sweet and tangy notes.

Philadelphia Cucumber Roll Boats are not only a feast for the eyes but also a delightful combination of cool, creamy, and savory elements. Whether enjoyed as an elegant appetizer or a light lunch, these boats offer a refreshing twist on classic flavors.
