Peppermint Mocha Coffee Creamer

A delightful blend of minty freshness and rich chocolate for a perfect holiday-inspired cup. Start with a cup of half and half for a creamy base, or for a dairy-free version, opt for canned coconut milk. Add a cup of unsweetened almond, cashew, or coconut milk, selecting the one that complements your taste preferences.

Infuse your creamer with the classic combination of vanilla and peppermint by adding a teaspoon of vanilla extract and 3/4 teaspoon of peppermint extract.

To create the rich chocolatey flavor, mix in three tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder or cacao. Sweeten to your liking with three tablespoons of monk fruit or your preferred sweetener.

Blend all the ingredients until smooth, and there you have it – a festive Peppermint Mocha Coffee Creamer ready to elevate your coffee experience with the magical flavors of the holiday season. Savor the delightful combination of mint and chocolate in every sip!

Have you tried the coconut milk with the almond/oat milk? No diary?? Wasn’t sure if they taste different.

It works! It just doesn’t froth and oat milk won’t be as blood sugar friendly

What is the serving size you based the 8 servings off of? Thank you!

1/4 cup is a serving

Hey there! Love your recipes!!
This looks delicious, but when you say half and half…do you use fat free or full fat in your recipes?
———
thepeachiespoon replied:
Full fat regular half and half is my go to. The fat fee has weird additives imo. The macros are with regular half and half

Tanya Taylor

What sweetner would you reccomend aside from monkfruit?
———
thepeachiespoon replied:
Allulose and stevia are other natural options. Sometimes they’re more concentrated so may need less

Marissa Birrer

Do you have a recipe for peppermint mocha if you use your chocolate protein powder?
———
thepeachiespoon replied:
Just froth the Protein powder into a serving of this creamer and add to hot or cold coffee
