INGREDIENTS

1 c cup milk of choice (I used cashew unsw vanilla)
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder
- 1 scoop collagen powder
- 1 T pecan butter or 5 pecans
- 1 yellow squash, zucchini, or frozen riced cauliflower
- 1 c ice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp pink salt
- 1/2 frozen banana or 1 date (yes 1, they’re 5 g sugar a piece)
STEPS

Add ingredients in order listed to the blender and blend well until date (if adding) is all incorporated and chopped. Topped mine with whipped cream for fun and a few more pecans for that vital chewing to be satisfied.
