Pecan Pie Smoothie Recipe


Cozy comforting flavors in a healthy, feel good version make me happy! 🎉🍂🧣🥧

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 c cup milk of choice (I used cashew unsw vanilla)

  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder
  • 1 scoop collagen powder
  • 1 T pecan butter or 5 pecans 
  • 1 yellow squash, zucchini, or frozen riced cauliflower
  • 1 c ice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon 
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp pink salt
  • 1/2 frozen banana or 1 date (yes 1, they’re 5 g sugar a piece)

STEPS

  1. Add ingredients in order listed to the blender and blend well until date (if adding) is all incorporated and chopped. Topped mine with whipped cream for fun and a few more pecans for that vital chewing to be satisfied.
