I am researching your recipes and I am GF,DF, egg free, high fructose intolerant. I think that oats is starting to make me bloated. I tried the rice cauli and sorry but hated it. I am still looking for recipes and its getting harder to find what I can have. Suggestions??

So glad you’re here! So sorry, that’s limited and tricky. Smoothies will work with an df protein powder and I have overnight n’oats recipes without oats too. Most dinners can easily be df and almost all my recipes are gf. The cauli bowls are a love hate type of thing. It’s always one or the other for everyone ha.
