- 1 serving desired jelly, used @goodgoodbrand (love that it’s sf with natural ingredients)
- 1-2 Tbsp natural peanut butter (I use any brand with peanuts and salt as only ingredients)
- Large dash of salted caramel salt (bettergoods brand at Walmart) optional but soooo good

- Cottage cheese
- Greek yogurt (zero sugar)
- Turkey slices rolled up
- Protein powder + unsw almond milk or cold brew
- Protein shake (premixed)
