Ok I promise no sugar or alcohol can be fun! 😅 This is so summer and feels fancy. Love the blood sugar hack with the acetic acid in ACV keeping post dimmer blood sugar happy if you sip on this while you cook. It’s always individual but this hack always works with my blood sugar and my CGM when I’ve tested it. So easy and cool. I like the vinegar addition for a little kick like alcohol can give.
INGREDIENTS
-
2 T fresh or frozen peaches, chopped small without skin
-
1 lime, juiced + a wedge
-
1 T apple cider vinegar, optional
-
Desired ice cubes
-
Ginger beer or ale, sugar free
STEPS
-
In a glass, muddle/mash peaches, lime juice, and rind wedge
-
Add ACV and ice cubes. Pour ginger beer/ale to the rim and stir. Garnish with fresh mint and a peach slice if feeling fancy.
Tip: Salt the glass before if desired with lime juice and flake salt.
