Peach Cobbler Smoothie

Savor the flavors of summer with this refreshing Peach Cobbler Smoothie. Blend together 1/2 to 1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or water), 1 to 2 tablespoons of almond or cashew butter (alternatively, 1/2 avocado or unsweetened coconut), a serving of vanilla protein, and optional collagen for extra goodness.

Add in a whole or half of a fresh or frozen squash or zucchini, a fresh or frozen peach, and two drops of almond extract. Season with a pinch of cinnamon, a dash of pink salt, and a hint of nutmeg. For an icy twist, include 1/2 to 1 cup of ice. Enjoy the taste of summer in a glass!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2-1 c milk (used unsw van almond) water works too, amount depends on the thickness desired

  • 1-2 Tbsp almond or cashew butter (1/2 avocado or unsw coconut works too)

  • 1 serving The Peachie Spoon Vanilla Protein

  • 1 serving The Peachie Spoon Unflavored Collagen (optional)

  • 1 whole or 1/2 fresh or frozen squash or zucchini

  • 1 fresh or frozen peach

  • 2 drops almond extract

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • dash pink salt & nutmeg

  • 1/2-1 c ice, optional
