Blend together 1/2 to 1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or water), 1 to 2 tablespoons of almond or cashew butter (alternatively, 1/2 avocado or unsweetened coconut), a serving of vanilla protein, and optional collagen for extra goodness.
